Art, Drama and Story
Blending art, drama and story making activities is both effective and enjoyable, particularly in longer sessions or arts days. Chris has a huge experience in running these mixed workshops. A few examples may illustrate what is possible. Mask making, paper sculpture even pottery can be included in a programme
How about, for example:
- The One Day Play:Devise , rehearse and perform your play all in one day.
Hard work but highly entertaining and very rewarding, (Use local themes if you like)
- Celtic Superheroes: Did you know that the Iron age Celts celebrated national games each August ( Lughnasagh), long before the Greeks began the "Olympics".
Create and celebrate with a modern and highly entertaining version.
- Radio Stars: Devise and create and perform a radio play for your friends to listen to.
- Out of The Box: An improvisation and performance programme based around one simple prop, a large cardboard box
